Clarify or change：1) The bidder shall has an effective Business License(domestic bidders) or Business Registration(foreign bidd er), the bidder should provide the corresponding photocopy. 2) The bidder shall be the Goods’ manufacturer, agent shall not be accepte d under this bidding project. 3) The bidder shall hA/Ve an effective ISO quality management system certification certificate or other equiva lent quality management system certification certificate, the bidder should provide the corresponding photocopy of certificates. 4) The bi dder must hA/Ve record of at least 2 sets of complete pneumatic conveying systems successfully applied in 100kta and above EVA or LD PE/EVA or LDPE plant in the past 15 years(from January 1st 2004 on), including degassing and conveying system, silos not included. A nd at least one set is applied in EVA or LDPE/EVA plant. The bidder shall provide valid proof of application (including name of client, copi es of contract, proof of receipt or other similar supporting evidence, scale, user’s location, time of putting into service, etc. The first three items must be provided, otherwise the bid will be annulled). Remark: Meaning of 100kta and above means: the conveying capacity shall be above 25t/h, the factory test devices or renovation project will not be considered as the application record.
