中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受航空工业集团公司基础技术研究院委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1.4 技术要求：*资格标准：
（1）制造商应具有干态预制体及预浸料多功能裁床或同类型设备近三年的销售业绩，并附有至少包括3家用户的采购合同或验收意见等证明材料，并提供用户清单及联系方式。
设备制造厂商提供近五年内的销售清单，并提供用户清单。
（2）对国外投标商一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
*设备切割精度：≤±0.25mm；
*采用传送带式送料，平台尺寸1.8m×3.6m；
*可实现多层碳纤维织物切割，最大切割厚度不低于6mm;
*最大速度90m/min。

*Qualification requirements :
(1) the manufacturer shall hA/Ve the sales performance of the dry precast and prepreg multi-function cutting bed or the same type of equipment for nearly three years, accompanied by the purchase contract or acceptance opinion of at least three users, and provide the user list and contact information.
Equipment manufacturers provide sales lists for the last five years and user lists.
(2) once the foreign bidder wins the bid, the bidder must be the signing party of the foreign trade contract of the project with the buyer. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign the foreign trade contract with the buyer, the bid will be abolished. (note: if the product is imported and an import contract has to be signed, the successful bidder must sign a foreign trade contract in his own name with the buyer or the buyer's commercial agent, and can receive the foreign exchange paid by the company in mainland China.)
* cutting precision of equipment:
* conveyor belt feeding is adopted and the platform size is 1.8m x 3.6m;
* multi-layer carbon fiber fabric cutting, with maximum cutting thickness not less than 6mm;
* maximum speed is 90m/min.
