一、项目基本情况Project overview

1、采购人：老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司

Purchaser：Nam Tha 1 Lao Company Limited

2、项目名称：老挝南塔河1#水电站

Project Name: Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Project

3、采购范围 Procurement Scope：

（1）财产一切险（含利润损失险）；

Property all risks insurance, including profits loss insurance;

（2）机器损坏险（含利润损失险）；

Machine breakdown insurance, including profits loss insurance;

（3）综合责任险。

Integral liability insurance.

二、采购流程和要求Procurement Process and Requirements

老挝南塔河1#水电站项目（以下简称“项目”）运营期保险采购工作将分两个阶段进行：

The insurance procurement of Nam Tha 1# Hydropower Project (hereinafter referred to as “the project) should be carried out by 2 stages:

1、资格预审 Prequalification screening

欲参加本项目运营期保险采购的服务供应商，须先通过资格预审后才能参与项目后续的竞争性谈判报价。资格预审条件如下：

All candidates must be prequalified prior to competitive negotiation. The prequalification requirements are listed as follow:

（1）具有国际声誉的知名国际保险公司，并至少具有标准普尔A-，或贝氏A-，或穆迪A，或惠誉A-，或其它同等级国际评级；

The candidates should be globally-renowned with credit rating no less than the Standard & Poor’s A^-, or A.M Best’s A^-, or Moody’s A, or Fitch A^-, or the same kind by international rating;

（2）具有参与海外项目运营期首席承保人经验；

The candidates should hA/Ve covered overseas projects in operational phase as chief underwriter;

（3）具备充足的偿付能力，偿付能力充足率需达到150%以上；

The candidates should hA/Ve capability of solvency, and the solvency adequacy ratio should be more than 150%.

符合上述所有条件的服务供应商须向采购人提交证明资料。

All candidates who fulfil requirements listed above are required to submit supporting documents.

2、竞争性谈判 Competitive negotiation

采购人将向通过资格预审的服务供应商提供详细的项目信息资料，邀请报价并安排开展谈判工作。

The purchasershould provide qualified candidates with the detailed project information, invite them to quoteand arrange for negotiation;

三、证明资料提交要求 Submission

1、服务供应商须向采购人提交资格预审证明资料，纸质版和电子版各1份；

Supporting documents should be with official seal in hard and soft copy, one of each.

2、证明资料的接收截止时间为2018年9月3日；

Submission deadline: September 3^rd, 2018.
