（1）The deposition chamber should be made of stainless steel and electropolished, and be firm and durable. Volume and dimension of the chamber should simultaneously meet the following requirements:Volume of the deposition chamber: ≥ 150L. Dimension of the deposition chamber: ≥ 450 mm (diameter) x 600 mm (height). The cover of the deposition chamber should be equipped with a mechanically boosted starting device. No-load vacuum degree of the deposition chamber < 10 mt. Dimensions: about 2,580 mm x 700 mm x 1,500 mm (LxWxH). Weight: about 400 kg
（2）Load capacity of the feed bin: ≥ 1,000 g
