投标人应具备的资格或业绩：投标人必须是制造商或制造商唯一授权的代理商，在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件，并已在国际招标网（www.chinabidding.com）成功注册。产品制造商必须通过ISO9001认证，并在国际上具有高的信誉度，具有良好的技术水平和经营业绩以及高质量的服务。投标人在最近5年内(2014年至2018年)，给国内汽车公司或检测机构至少提供整车环境试验仓系统5套以上，并都处于正常运转状态（附用户清单）。投标人在应具有该设备响应的售后服务机构及维修能力；能够提供24小时服务响应，48小时内到达现场服务。在国内具有完善的售后质保服务体系，应有专门的系统设备售后服务人员，并提供相关地址、电话、服务人员数量、联系人等资料。

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：
Bidder must be the manufacturer or manufacturer directly authorized agents to participate in the bidding, has been successfully registered in the China International Tendering Network (www.chinabidding.com), and in the tender registration and purchase of tender documents. Product manufacturers must pass the ISO 9001 certification, and hA/Ve high international credibility, good technical level and business performance and high quality service. In the last five years（2014 to 2018）, the bidder has provided at least five sets of vehicle environmental test warehouse systems to China's domestic automobile companies or testing institutions, all of which are in normal operation (with a list of users). The bidder in China shall hA/Ve the after-sales service organization and maintenance ability to respond to the equipment, and be able to provide 24-hour service response, arriving at the site within 48 hours. There is a perfect after-sales quality assurance service system in China. There should be special after-sales service personnel for system equipment, and provide relevant address, telephone, number of service personnel, contacts and other information.
