If the bidder is a bidder of a non-bidding goods manufacturer, the bidder shall send the SDH transmission equipment. The MPLS network equipment, integrated service access equipment, and PCM equipment must provide the only authorization issued by the manufacturer for this project. 2) This project does not allow consortium bidding. 3) The name of the bidder should be the same as the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency, otherwise the bidding documents will be rejected.
