Field-emission Scanning Electron Microscope 1 set
Technical specifications:
The field-emission scanning electron microscope with high resolution can make the high-resolution observation of samples, and meanwhile the low-voltage, high-resolution imaging can be used for non-conductive samples. The energy dispersive spectrometer configured can make the qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical elements in the microscopic area on the sample surface.……Others Specified in Bidding documents

2．Delivery time: 6 months after the entry into force of the contract.
3．All potential bidders are kindly requested to log into Sinochem tendering and electric bidding and tendering platform (e.sinochemitc.com) to get electronic tendering documents at 9:30Am- 16:00PM from Sep. 12th, 2018 to Sep. 30th, 2018.
