Qualifications or Performance：1) The name of the bidder should be the same as the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency, otherwise the bidding documents will be rejected. 2) The bidder must be the manufacturer engaged in the production and sale of the relevant equipment or its sole authorized agent (when the agent bids, the manufacturer must provide a valid and unique authorization letter from the manufacturer and the same brand can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding) ; 3) The air conditioner for the machine room to be tendered must be the original manufacturer's product. It does not accept OEM products and non-series customized production models, and provides production licenses for bidding brand manufacturers. 4) This project does not allow consortium bidding.

Additional Instructions：This tender document is issued by the tendering agency. The bidding documents are priced at RMB 1,600 or USD 230; they are not refundable after sale.
