3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：1) The bidder must be a legal manufacturer engaged in the production and sale of related equipment such as emergency communication terminals; or its authorized agent. 2) This project does not allow consortium bidding. 3) The name of the bidder should be the same as the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency. If it is inconsistent, its bid documents will be rejected. 4) The bidder must hA/Ve two or more qualifications for the civil A/Viation management project and the airport weak current system engineering contract. (The bidder shall provide a copy of the certificate for verification. The certificate shall be within the validity period. If the certificate requires additional information to be continued, additional information shall be attached as required)

Additional Instructions：This tender document is issued by the tendering agency. The bidding documents, the bidding documents are priced at RMB 500 or USD 75; they are not refundable after sale.
