1. Entrusted by Beijing Institute of Control Engineering (Tenderee), CITIC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (Tendering Agent) invites potential bidders to submit sealed bids by international competitive bidding from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:

Interested bidders may purchase Bidding documents at the place hereafter from  November 7, 2018 till November 27, 2018 during the period 09:00~16:00 (Beijing time) upon non-refundable payment of RMB 1000.00 or USD 160.00 for each complete set of bidding documents (for mail order, an additional RMB 100.00 or USD 20.00 for each set is requested). Bidders that fail to fill out the purchase record of the Bidding documents shall be rejected.
