normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:23.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>1、应具有独立法人资格、取得有效的安全生产许可证、具备建筑工程施工总承包二级或以上资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。
