二、项目概况、竞标范围

normal style="text-indent:25.4000pt;line-height:150%;" >2、竞标范围：施工用PHC管桩,用于新洲风电场工程风机基础的PHC管桩（与竞标报价相匹配），PHC管桩供货数量、规格标号、具体要求等在供货时由甲方工程项目部向乙方提供清单。

三、竞标响应人资格要求

四、竞标文件的获取
