normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >1、项目概况：红河州建水（个旧）至元阳高速公路个旧至元阳段推荐线工程概况：线路起自个旧市蚂蟥塘村附近，设蚂蟥塘枢纽接在建新鸡高速公路，在尼格村附近，设尼格枢纽接建水至元阳高速公路，路线长度51.542243km（此处主线起终点计算至被交路中线，工可蚂蟥塘枢纽、尼格枢纽1.2km未计）。项目土石方314.33万立方米（不含互通）；设桥梁45座16709.7 m，其中，特大桥1494m/1座、大桥15156.8m/43座、中桥58.9m/1座；全线共设置隧道24032.5m/14座，其中，特长隧道12354.5m/2座，长隧道8500.5m/5座，中长隧1810m/2座，短隧道1367.5m/5座；桥隧比79.05%。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:20.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >2、招标范围：投标人须承担本次招标采购产品的生产、出厂前的检验、运输、交货、指导安装调试以及质保期内外的服务等工作。投标人确保供货及时，满足招标人技术标准要求。投标人确保供货范围完整，满足招标人对安装、调试、运行的要求，在技术规范中涉及的供货要求作为本供货范围的补充，若在安装、调试、运行中发现缺项，投标人须无偿供货。

三、投标人资格要求

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:20.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >1.1投标人须为生产厂家，必须是在中国境内注册的独立企业法人，注册资本1500万元以上（含1500万），年生产能力2万吨，具有有效期内的ISO9001质量管理体系认证证书，产品取得全国工业产品生产许可证书和第三方产品检验检测机构出具的证书和检验报告。
