normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>本招标项目国道G235线大埔县三河至大麻段路面改造工程已由广东省交通运输厅以《广东省交通运输厅关于国道G235线大埔县三河至大麻段路面改造工程建设方案的批复》（粤交规〔2018〕859 号）批准建设，施工图设计已由梅州市交通运输局以《关于国道G235线大埔县三河至大麻段路面改造工程施工图设计的批复》（梅市交字〔2018〕387 号）批复，项目业主为大埔县公路局，建设资金来自除省按规定给予补助外，其余由地方自筹解决，招标人为大埔县公路局。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工采用资格后审方式进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备上述第 2.2 款表中所列相应资质、类似工程业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>投标人应进入交通运输部“全国公路建设市场信用信息管理系统（http:glxy.mot.gov.cn)”中的公路工程施工资质企业名录，且投标人名称和资质与该名录中的相应企业名称和资质完全一致。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.3在本次招标中，每个投标人最多可对 1 个标段投标，只允许中 1 个标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.4与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人，不得参加投标；若单位负责人为同一人、或者存在控股管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划分标段的同一招标项目投标，否则按否决其投标处理。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于2019年3月4日至2019年3月8日（法定公休日、法定节假日除外），每日上午9时30分至11时30分，下午14时00分至16时00分（北京时间，下同），在广州公共资源交易中心（地址：广州市天河区天润路333号）（详见一楼报名窗口屏幕）持单位介绍信原件和经办人身份证复印件（原件备查），《广州建设工程投标报名申请表》原件（一式两份，加盖公章，不装订）（可从交易中心网站下载）购买招标文件。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.2 投标文件每套售价1000 元（含图纸），招标人根据对本合同工程勘察所取得的水文、地质、气象和料场分布、取土场、弃土场位置等资料编制的参考资料每套售价/   元，售后不退。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.2投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2019年3月26日10时00分，投标人应于2019年3月26日9时40分至10时00分（注：具体时间以广州公共资源交易网上服务指南-交易活动安排一栏中公布的时间为准）将投标文件递交至广州公共资源交易中心（地址：广州市天河区天润路333号）。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>在规定的报名期间，如某个标段报名并购买招标文件的投标人不足3家时，招标人依法有权选择以下任一方式：（1）在广州公共资源交易中心网站发布公告延长报名时间，在延期报名时间内，已报名投标人的资料仍有效并可自行补充资料，未报名的投标人可根据公告的约定进行报名：（2）依法重新组织招标或不再招标。
