mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >受中国水电六局二分局（以下简称“采购人”）委托，中国水利水电第六工程局有限公司二分局资产管理部（以下简称“采购机构”）以公开询比价的方式采购钢筋一批，本次采购使用工程款结算用于本次询比价后所签订合同的支付。
二、项目概况
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >中国水利水电第六工程局有限公司二分局为山东邹城产煤塌陷区综合治理工程项目采购钢材，采购单位将根据项目实际情况与中标供应商签订采购合同。项目部承建工程建设期3年，运营期27年。项目一期规划总占地面积约600公顷，其中原生湿地约45公顷，人工湿地约555公顷，绿地总面积约450公顷（绿地率约75%），其中陆域绿地面积约为300公顷，水体种植面积约150公顷。施工区域东临鲍太路、南邻邹济快速路、西临泗河堤岸、北邻兖州界。太平镇位于邹城市西南部，距邹城17.5公里，介于白马河、泗河之间。东邻北宿镇，西靠济宁市任城区接庄镇，北连平阳寺镇，南接郭里镇，西南与微山县接壤。全境南北长12.75公里，东西宽10.13公里，面积为84.8平方公里。
三、报价人资格要求

九、开标

采购人按规定组建评审小组对全部报价文件进行综合评议后推荐成交人，上报中国水利水电第六工程局有限公司设备物资集中采购管理小组审核确认成交人后，由采购人通过中国电建集中采购电子商务平台（http://ec3.powerchina.cn）向成交人发出成交通知书，成交人登陆中国电建集中采购电子商务平台（http://ec3.powerchina.cn），进行回函确认。
十一、合同签订
成交人应当自中标成交通知书发出之日起30日内，根据询比价文件、报价文件和采购人订立书面合同。
