二、招标范围

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >注：该数量为估算数量，仅为投标参考数量，招标数量可能与实际需求量存在偏差，最终结算量为经验收合格的实际供货数量,若因投资计划、征地拆迁、设计变更等原因，致使投资规模、工程量或供货品种、供货时间发生较大规模改变，采购量相应调整，投标人应予以接受，并不得以此作为调价和索赔依据。

三、投标人资格要求 

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >投标人必须满足以下全部资格要求：

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >1、投标人为生产厂家或代理商，注册资本金100万元人民币及以上，并提供国家、行业有关的生产、质检标准，具有国内独立法人资格，持有《企业法人营业执照》和所供产品的其他相关资格证明文件、提供近期产品检验报告。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >2、投标人业绩要求。投标人应具有类似工程供货业绩，近三年内的商砼供货合同不少于2个，并附合同扫描件。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >3、投标人财务状况良好，近三年没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >4、法定代表人为同一个人的两个及两个以上法人，母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司，只能有一家单位参加本标的投标。

normal style="line-height:150%;" >    6、投标人不存在《中华人民共和国招标投标法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》禁止投标的情形。

四、招标文件的获取

五、投标文件的递交
