Additional Instructions：This tender document is issued by the tendering agency. The bidding documents are priced at RMB 1,000 or USD 150; they are not refundable after the sale; the domestic mail order tender documents should be remitted to the bidding agent at the above address before the deadline for the issuance of the tenders to RMB 1,100 (including RMB 100 express delivery fee).
