3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：1) The name of the bidder should be the same as the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency, otherwise the bidding documents will be rejected. 2) The bidding products shall be provided with the “Civil Air Air Traffic Communication NA/Vigation Monitoring Equipment Use License” or “Civil A/Viation Air Traffic Communication NA/Vigation Monitoring Equipment Temporary Use License” during the validity period issued by the Civil A/Viation Administration of China and provide corresponding copies. 3) The bidder must be the manufacturer engaged in the production and sale of the relevant equipment or its sole authorized agent (when the agent bids, the manufacturer must provide a valid and unique authorization letter from the manufacturer and the same brand can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding) 4) This project does not allow consortium bidding.
