注：该项目为框架招标，清单表中的报价数量仅作计算总报价使用，不作合同签订数量；确定2名中选人，第一名者中标合同金额为60万，第二名者中标合同金额为清40万。
3.交货期要求
交货期：以买方通知一周内交货。

4.投标人资格要求（须同时满足）
4.1投标人及其投标产品须满足如下资格要求：

（1）中华人民共和国境内注册的企业法人或其他组织，须具备相应货物的制造能力，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有保障如期交货等承担招标项目的能力，具有良好的财务状况和商业信用。

（2）法定代表人或单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标包投标或者未划分标包的同一招标项目投标。

（3）本次招标不接受贴牌代工行为的投标以及其他任何分包行为的投标。

（4）近三年内无行贿犯罪记录。（以投标单位在投标文件中提供的公司所在地检察-院于投标截止时间前1个月之内出具的《检察机关行贿犯罪查询结果告知函》原件为准）；

4.2本次招标不接受联合体投标。

5.招标文件的获取
5.1实行网上发售电子文档招标文件。凡有意参加投标者，请于2017年2月22日至2017年2月28日（法定公休日、法定节假日除外）每日上午8：30时至下午16：30时（北京时间，下同）
5.2招标文件售价300元（人民币），招标文件售后不退。
