（5）具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉，没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结，破产状态；
（6）具备生产该类设备/材料的能力，并且具有本次招标同电压等级、同类设备的海外供货业绩。
报名及发售招标文件时间：2017年8月25日至2017年09月01日，每日9:00—11:30, 13:30—17:00，公休日、节假日除外。
招标文件发放除招标人的原因外，招标文件一经售出，恕不退款。
