Eligibility
a) All interested bidders that are qualified under Singapore Building And Construction Authority (BCA) ME11 – L5 and above.
b) Any other interested bidders that are not qualified as the above mentioned but hA/Ve similar or relevant experience are welcome to apply too.
c) All bidders shall possess minimum 5 years’ experience in providing maintenance and overhaul services to the utility or power plant consisting of boilers and turbines of similar scale. Eligibility approval of bidders will be assessed at sole discretion of the Company (TPU) based on the bidders’ track records.
Site Show-round
Site Show-round is compulsory.

1. For bidders who hA/Ve offices in Singapore, tender document can be purchased from Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex, 20 Tembusu Crescent, Jurong Island, Singapore 627610 on Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays between 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Bidders who do not hA/Ve a valid Jurong Island Pass, please email Ms Ang Yin Sia Joanna at angys@tuaspower.com.sg and/or Ms Lim Wei Ting at limwt@tuaspower.com.sg for application of JTC visitor pass.

Tender document fee is S$214 (inclusive of 7% GST) and is not refundable. It has to be made in either cash (in exact amount) or a crossed cheque payable to “TP Utilities Pte. Ltd.”
