A．制造商通过ISO9001质量体系认证，并提供有效的质量体系认证证书；

B．如果投标人为代理商，投标人应得到所投货物制造商同意其为本次投标提供该货物的合法正式授权书。

资质要求及证明文件
Requirements of Certificate of Bidder
A. 提供防爆证书复印件，等级为Exd IIB T4. Provide a copy of the explosion-proof certificate, grade Exd IIB T4.
B. 提供防护等级证书复印件，等级为IP56. Provide a copy of the degree of protection certificate, grade IP56.
业绩要求：
Requirement for Bidder's reference:
投标人应提供2016年5月30日前销售的每种类型 流量计具有不少于两个应用于海洋环境的项目 且成功运行两年以上的业绩。投标人所提供的业绩中品牌需与本次投标品牌一致。
The bidder shall provide each type (mass flowmeter; orifice flowmeter; rotameter) flowmeter sold before May 30, 2016 with no less than two projects applied to the marine environment (marine environment refers to offshore fixed platform) ) and successfully run for more than two years.The brand of the bidder's performance must be consistent with the bidding brand.
投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同复印件 和用户签署的证明其已成功运行两年的证明文件，或2)销售合同复印件 和第三方船级社签字的调试记录报告 。
投标人所提交的证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签约日期、货物名称及类型 、项目名称、使用环境、已成功运行时间。
未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法验证合同签约日期、货物名称及类型 、项目名称、使用环境、已成功运行时间的，均视为无效业绩。
Bidders are required to submit performance statements in the prescribed format and submit relevant performance documentation.
