A．投标人通过ISO9001质量体系认证，并提供有效的质量体系认证证书；
The Bidder of the Bid Goods shall pass ISO9001 Certification, and the Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification.
B. 本次招标不接受代理商投标;
The agent’s bid is unacceptable.
C. 投标人承诺所投标的货物取得CCS或ABS船级社的产品证书；
Bidder confirm that the Products shall hA/Ve certificate of marine product issued by China Classification Society (CCS) or American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
D. 投标人承诺为陵水17-2半潜平台提供的系泊锚链及附件必须是投标人的成熟产品。

业绩要求：
Requirement for Bidder's reference:
近10年(至截标日)，提供系泊锚链及附件的制造商至少在2个不同的项目中总共至少供过2套锚链及附件(锚链直径不小于157mm)的完成货物接收的销售业绩。投标人须提交有效的业绩表和相关证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：销售合同复印件相关章节 和用户签字的货物接收证书。
In recent 10 years (till deadline of bids submission stipulated), the manufacturer to provide mooring chain and accessories should hA/Ve sale reference, in which products had been received by clients, with at least 2 sets of mooring chain and accessories (the diameter of chain not less than 157mm) that in different 2 projects . The Bidder shall submit valid reference list and relevant documentary evidence for such reference, the documentary evidence include but not limited: relevant chapter's copies of sale contract (including relevant technical attachment) and receipt certificate of product signed by clients.
业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同和货物接收证明的签署时间、货物名称、供货数量、使用的锚链直径。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同和货物接收证明的签署时间、货物名称、供货数量、使用的锚链直径的，均视为无效业绩。
The evidentiary documents provided by Bidder shall at least demonstrate the content show as follows: signature time of Sales Contract and receipt certificate of product , Name of Goods, Quantity, diameter of mooring chain. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished cannot demonstrate signature time of Sales Contract and receipt certificate of goods, Name of Goods, Quantity, diameter of mooring chain., the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
