Requirements for Qulification of Bidder
A．制造商通过ISO9001质量体系认证，并提供有效的质量体系认证证书；
The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass ISO9001 Certification, and the Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification.
B．投标人应为所投货物的制造商。本次招标不接受代理商投标。
The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods. Bid by Agent is not accepted.
资质要求及证明文件
Requirements of Certificate of Bidder
A. 产品认证证书Certificate of Product Certification
投标人需承诺所有的产品具备ABS所发出的产品认证证书
The bidder must promise that all permanent products shall delivered with ABS certified Product Certification.
B. 制造商需承诺根据API17J的要求设计产品，并承诺提交API17J要求的所有详细技术文件。
Manufacturer shall promise to design the products and to submit all documents in accordance with API 17J during details design stage.
业绩要求：
Requirement for Bidder's reference:
2015年9月25日前签约的应用于海洋油气工程项目 的柔性管成功运行业绩。
The Bidder shall hA/Ve successfully operated references of flexible pipe Goods in offshore oil&gas project and hA/Ve signed contract before 25th Sep. 2015. (here offshore oil&gas project shall mean flexible pipe which suitable for operation at water depth not lesser than 722m ).
投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：销售合同复印件 ，和用户盖章的或合同双方授权签署人签字的证明文件。
投标人所提交的合同 必须至少体现以下内容：货物名称、供货数量、适用水深。用户盖章的或合同双方授权签署人签字的证明文件必须至少体现已成功运行时间。
未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法验证货物名称、供货数量、适用水深、成功运行时间，均视为无效业绩。
The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract(including technical appendix) and evidentiary documents sealed by Enduser or signed by contract authorised signatory (both parties). The copies of sales Contract furnished by the Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Name of Goods, Quantity, Applicable water depth. Evidentiary documents sealed by Enduser or signed by contract authorised signatory (both parties） shall at least demonstrate the successful operation time.
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Name of Goods, Quantity, Applicable water depth, Successful operation time, the relevant reference will be deemed unvalid.
