飞凤大桥建设项目勘察设计招标招标公告
1.1本招标项目飞凤大桥建设项目已由巴中市恩阳区发展和改革局以恩区发改行审【2016】108号批准建设，项目业主为巴中市恩阳区住房和城乡建设局，建设资金来自上级资金补助及地方财政匹配资金，项目出资比例为 100% ， 项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的勘察、设计进行公开招标。
1.2本招标项目为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目，巴中市恩阳区发展和改革局核准（招标核准文号为：恩区发改行审【2016】108号）的招标组织形式为 委托招标 （□自行招标；√委托招标)。招标人选择（本招标项目在省发展改革委指定比选网站上的项目编号为PF20160715015 ）的招标代理机构是四川蓉信工程项目管理 。

3.4企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的外地企业，须提供《四川省省外企业入川从事勘察设计活动备案证》或《四川省入川从事勘察设计活动验证登记证》 。
