normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >1.2.2招标范围及标的物清单：对2018-2019年昭通 管辖的35kV输电线路的运行维护外委工作进行招标，昭通 昭通 35kV输电线路、设备、设施杆塔、导地线、金具、绝缘子、光缆（含OPGW 和ADSS 光缆）、基础、接地网、杆塔附属设施及线路通道的运行维护等。具体技术要求详见招标文件“招标内容及技术要求”。

normal style="line-height:150%;" >(1)具有独立法人资格，持有有效的工商营业执照、组织机构代码证（若已办理“三证合一”登记制度，须提供工商行政管理部门核发统一社会信用代码的营业执照）；

normal style="line-height:150%;" >(3)具有建设行政主管部门颁发的《安全生产许可证》；
normal style="line-height:150%;" >(4)在当地政府、中国电力招标采购网、、昭通 没有处于限制投标资格的处罚；（需提供相关证明资料或自行承诺）
