1． 制造商的资质要求：

国内制造商：
(1) Domestic manufacturers:
A.中华人民共和国境内 注册的、具有独立法人资格的设备制造商 ；

The equipment manufacturers with independent legal entity qualification registered within the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) (Business License for Enterprise Legal Person, Organization Code Certificate, and Tax Registration Certificate after qualified annual audit must be provided).
B.注册资本人民币 100万元及以上；

C. 制造商应具有有效的ISO9001质量保证体系认证证书 ；

国外制造商：
(2) Foreign manufacturers:
A.制造商必须具有相应的设备设计和制造能力，并必须符合中华人民共和国的有关技术规范和标准或相应的国际技术规范和标准。

The manufacturers must hA/Ve the corresponding equipment design and manufacturing capabilities, and must meet the pertinent technical codes and standards of the People’s Republic of China or the corresponding international technical codes and standards (the valid supporting documents must be provided).
B.制造商应具有有效的质量保证体系或符合制造国的设计、制造规范及标准。 。
B. The manufacturers should hA/Ve the valid quality assurance system or meet the design and manufacturing codes and standards of the manufacturing country (the valid quality assurance supporting documents must be provided).
