一、招标条件

二、项目概况、招标范围

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;word-break:break-all;text-align:left;line-height:20.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >1、项目概况：淮河淮滨至息县航运工程淮滨段张庄服务区位于淮河上游河段，距离饮马港约15.4km，东靠张庄乡，西临淮河，上、下游码头无相临工程。由上游至下游共连片布置3个500吨级兼顾1000吨级泊位，建设其他相关配套设施，码头使用岸线长度242.5米，陆域纵深62米，宽度242.5米，占地面积约5.29万m²。张庄服务区工程主要包括：码头水工结构及附属设施、护坡、港池疏浚开挖、码头后方陆域形成、道路、机修场地、生产与辅助建筑物及其它配套工程等。
