normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>受中国电建集团铁路建设有限公司（以下简称“招标人”）委托，*/*（以下简称“招标机构”）以公开招标方式采购盾构管片预埋槽道，本次采购材料的使用人是深圳市城市轨道交通12号线各工区项目部，采购材料计划使用项目建设资金用于本次招标后所签订合同的支付。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>深圳市城市轨道交通12号线位于深圳市南山区、宝安区，线路全长40.560km（本次工程范围长36.82km），线路起自南山区左炮台站，自南向北穿越深圳市南山中心区、宝安中心区、福永片区、大空港及会展片区，终至宝安区海上田园东站。是支撑深圳市西部发展轴带建设，提升前海（蛇口）自贸区、空港新城地区城市发展品质的交通骨干线，全线采用地下敷设方式。全线共设车站33座（本次工程土建施工范围27座，安装装修施工范围29座），其中换乘站18座（本次工程土建施工范围13座，安装装修施工范围15座），最大站间距1.93km（科技馆至海上田园东），最小站间距0.75km（工业六路至四海，本次工程范围最小站间距0.768km，宝安客运中心至臣田），平均站间距约1.24km；正线区间32个（本次工程范围正线区间27个），出入场线、出入段线区间各１个、12号线与5号线联络线区间１个，全线设一场一段（机场东车辆段、赤湾停车场），新建创业路、灵芝主变电所2座。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>12号线合同施工范围包括：车站、区间、场段的前期工程（绿化迁移、交通疏解、给排水/中低压燃气改迁及恢复工程等）、土建工程、主变电站及电缆通道、常规设备安装工程、建筑装饰工程、预留预埋工程、轨道交通换乘节点等（不含9号线二期及支线、国际会展中心配套市政项目已招标工程）。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>深圳市城市轨道交通12号线工程各种规格盾构管片预埋槽道。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>3、采购数量：

normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>包件CD-1（包件一）：深圳市城市轨道交通12号线工程土建一工区、土建二工区、土建三工区各种规格盾构管片预埋槽道约11570环。招标范围见下表：

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>注：以上招标数量为工程量清单数量，仅供参考。最终结算量以实际供货并经验收合格的规格和数量为准,若因施工图、设计变更等原因，致使与招标材料实际供货数量与招标数量发生偏差时，投标人应予接受，并不得以此作为调价和索赔依据。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>投标人必须满足以下全部资格要求：

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>1、投标人必须是具有独立法人资格、注册资本不低于5000万元人民币的投标产品生产企业或注册资本不低于1000万人民币的国外品牌代理商，具有一般纳税人资格，经营范围包含投标产品。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2、代理商投标时须出具投标产品生产（或其在国内销售）企业正式授权（唯一）文件，且代理商和被代理企业不能同时参加投标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3、投标人具有完善的质量保证体系，具有有效期内的ISO9001质量保证体系认证证书。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>4、投标产品具有取得国家授权、许可的第三方产品检验检测机构出具的的检验报告，包括但不限于：1）化学成分报告；2）力学性能报告；3）抗疲劳测试报告；4）防腐性能报告；5）耐火性能报告等。检验报告的出具时间在近一年或有效期内。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>5、投标人近3年（2016年1月1日至今）应具有轨道交通项目单项合同金额不少于800万元的供货业绩。需同时出具供货项目用户的履约情况证明。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>6、近3年（2016年1月1日至今）投标人企业信用无行政处罚、经营异常或严重违法失信等不良记录，财务状况良好，没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>7、本次招标不接受联合体投标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>8、投标人不存在《中华人民共和国招标投标法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》禁止投标的情形。
