normal style='line-height:19.0pt'>   1、本项目为壹个完整的合同包，对该合同包内所有品目号内容投标时必须完整。评标与授标以合同包为单位。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%; background:white'>六、投标人资格要求：

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.1pt; line-height:150%;background:white'>1、投标人应为拟投标车辆的制造商或代理商，且具有良好的社会信誉和履行合同的能力，能够提供先进可靠的产品和良好的售后服务网络；本次竞标要求投标人须具备近三年以上连续经营或销售同类产品资格。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt; line-height:150%;background:white'>2、投标人在中华人民共和国境内注册，具有有效营业执照的法人资格或依法设立的其他组织。注册资金应在 50 万元以上(含)。
