normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>中国建集团上海能源装备 招标采购管理中心以公开框架招标方式采购焊材事业部焊材原辅料物资（镍粉、硅铁、钒铁、钼铁、金属铬、微碳铬铁、高碳铬铁、还原铁粉、硅锰合金、铁砂、萤石、硅微粉、大理石等），采购物资计划使用公司自有资金及银行贷款用于本次招标后所签订合同的支付。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>2、投标人是代理商的，应是在中国境内（含港澳台地区）登记注册的独立法人，具有独立承担民事责任的能力，所代理的制造企业满足第1条中相关要求，并具有生产制造企业出具的针对本招标项目的唯一授权书。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>制造企业及其代理商不得同时参加本次投标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>3、投标人是增值税一般纳税人，能开具增值税专用发票。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>4、投标人近3年具有与本次招标产品相同或相近技术能力设备销售业绩不少于5个。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>5、具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉，近三年没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>6、其它技术要求。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>7、本次招标不接受联合体投标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>8、投标人不存在《中华人民共和国招标投标法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》禁止投标的情形。
