本汉江水电开发 物业服务项目（竹山）（重新招标）已由项目审批/核准/备案机关批准，项目资金来源为其他资金企业自筹100%，招标人为 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">汉江水电开发 。本项目已具备招标条件，现招标方式为公开招标。

二、项目概况和招标范围

规模：汉江水电开发 竹山县城办公楼、潘口水电站、小漩水电站生产区域的日常卫生和保洁、垃圾收集清运、绿化及汉江水电开发公司职工食堂服务 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">等工作。服务时间为2019年1月1日至2021年12月31日。详见物业服务要求。

范围：本招标项目划分为1个标段，本次招标为其中的：

(001) mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">汉江水电开发 物业服务项目（竹山）（重新招标）；

三、投标人资格要求

(001 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">汉江水电开发 物业服务项目（竹山）（重新招标）) mso-fareast-font-family:宋体;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">的投标人资格能力要求：（1）资质条件：国内注册的独立企业法人，注册资本人民币200万元以上，工商经营执照的经营范围应有物业等相关内容。

（2）财务要求：无。

（3）业绩要求：近三年（2016年1月1日至2018年12月31日）具有至少一项办公楼、生产厂房20万平方米及以上物业服务项目业绩，或至少一项园林绿化养护面积10万平米及以上等方面服务项目业绩。

（4）信誉要求：没有被责令停业；没有被暂停或取消投标资格；财产没有被接管或冻结。

（5）其他要求：无。

本项目不允许联合体投标。
