'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);break-before: auto;break-after: auto;direction: ltr\">根据我行IT建设规划，需整合行内渠道类应用服务，统一接入规范和标准，提供场景化、智能化、自动化的渠道服务，打造业务办理自动化、服务流程人性化、金融服务专业化的智能网点，解决我行现有网点系统功能落后、服务效率低下、客户体验差、运营管理成本高等问题；同时通过整合线下网点和线上渠道，实现跨渠道的一致性客户体验，促使网点从事务型向营销型转变，为我行业务发展和网点转型提供强有力的科技支撑。

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);break-before: auto;break-after: auto;direction: ltr\">供应商的提供的产品及服务不能有授权许可限制，承诺其产品及服务可在贵州银行、贵州银行全资子公司、贵州银行控股公司、贵州银行是最大股东公司以及贵州银行发起的村镇银行内使用；供应商在本次项目实施过程中产生的代码、文档及应用程序所有权属贵州银行所有。

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);break-before: auto;break-after: auto;direction: ltr\">1.柜面系统最佳实践原型。供应商需提供一套完整且与我行业务需求相匹配的柜面系统最佳实践原型（包括智慧厅堂与移动营销），并通过我行评审。根据我行差异化需求完成需求分析、功能设计和开发，系统原型功能应至少包括以下内容：

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);break-before: auto;break-after: auto;direction: ltr\">（2）提供渠道整合协同能力，实现各渠道间的业务流程和数据互通，为客户提供全渠道线上线下协同服务，包括但不限于：业务预约、预填单、业务预处理、电子回单等线上线下协同服务；为行内用户提供客户360视图、精准营销、队列管理、队列监控、客户转介、任务转发、统一运营视图等功能。
