normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.25pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.77;line-height:150%;mso-pagination:widow-orphan;tab-stops:375.65pt;background:white'>3.1.4投标单位具有质量技术监督部门颁发的检验检测机构资质认证（CMA）证书，认证项目应涵盖本项目招标范围（至少包括见证取样检测（包括水泥、钢筋、砂、石等）、主体结构工程现场检测（包括混凝土强度（回弹法、抽芯等）、钢结构工程检测（包括钢结构焊接质量无损检测、钢结构防腐、防火涂装检测、高强度螺栓力学性能检测等）、地基基础工程检测（包括钻芯法、单桩竖向抗压静载试验、标准贯入试验等）），且证书在有效期内。
