1. The People’s Republic of China has received the loan from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost ofQingdao Smart Low-Carbon District Energy Projectand it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Supply of heat pump and boilers #1 (for Licang, Shibei and Shinan) (Bid No.: WKZB1922SDD101056).
2. MINmetaLS International Tendering Co., Ltd. (the Procurement Agent), authorized by and on behalf of Qingdao Energy Group (the Purchaser), now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of goods as follows:
Supply of heat pump and boilers #1 (for Licang, Shibei and Shinan) (
The delivery period is detailed in the bidding documents.
Bidders can only submit bids for one contract, as further defined in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts shall state such discounts and the methodology for their application in the Letter of Bid.
3. National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope Bidding procedures and is open to all Bidders from eligible Countries as described in the Bidding document.
