normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >投标人承担下列合同设备的设计、制造、装配、工厂检验及试验、出厂验收、包装、运输至天津口岸或上海口岸指定仓库（包括仓库卸货）、国内运输保险、商检和交货、现场开箱检查；投标人应负责现场安装、调试、试验、试运行、交接验收方面的技术指导和监督工作；投标人负责提供设计文件（包括必要的图纸和资料）、设计联络会、竣工图、技术培训以及相关技术服务等、提供必要的维修设备、试验设备和仪器仪表；投标人负责保证期内的维修服务工作，同时，有义务为电站运营阶段持续按计划提供同质量的备品备件和技术支持。

3．投标人资格要求

line-height:150%;" >（5）其他要求：投标人或投标人代理的设备制造商应具备满足招标文件中规定的设计、制造加工、工艺水平、试验和检验等能力；投标人或投标人代理的设备制造商应具有数量足够并具有丰富经验的管理、设计、试验、制造工艺、质量控制人员，以及具有在工地针对组装、指导安装、调试、试运行和验收的技术服务人员；投标人正在履行的项目和准备承诺的项目，不应影响本合同项目的按时完成。
