3 投标人资格要求

mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >（2）业绩要求：承担单位在网络安全教育培训服务领域应具有丰富实施经验及业绩，近5年至少具有3个政府机关、事业单位或大型国有企业的网络安全教育培训服务的成功案例（需提供合同或合同验收证明复印件等有效证明材料）；
