normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >高家溪属于长江一级支流，干流全长约11km（含枢纽区内河道），流域面积约25.4km2，干流由南向北于三峡枢纽区右岸高家溪泄水箱涵流入长江，主要流经秋千坪村、花鸡坡村、石板村、高家冲村及新生村等村落。
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >结合高家溪流域的自然环境、周边村镇经济状况及后期区域经济发展要求等因素，按照“共抓大保护，不搞大开发”的长江大保护战略发展方向的要求，以生态环保和可持续发展为目标，推进区域的水环境治理、水生态修复、水资源保护以及水灾害防治等，开展高家溪流域的排水系统提质增效、农业面源污染治理、水资源地保护、节水减排、滨水空间优化等水资源综合治理设计工作。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >主要工作内容（包括但不限于）：概念性方案设计、对应的工程投资估算、方案优化设计、工程概算编制，并配合设计方案审查（地点不限于宜昌或北京等）。
项目位置：湖北省宜昌市。
项目规模：工程投资限额3000万元。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >进入详细评审短名单但未中标的投标人，按综合得分排名先后顺序，前3名依次分别补偿人民币壹万元整（10000.00）、捌仟元整（8000.00）、伍仟元整（5000.00）。

normal style="text-indent:12.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0000;text-align:left;" >（2）业绩要求： 2014年1月1日（以合同签订时间为准）以来，具有单项工程投资不少于2000万元的水环境或水生态综合治理等相关项目的设计业绩（以合同或施工详图等证明材料为准）。

normal style="text-indent:12.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0000;text-align:left;" >（6）其它要求：具有独立法人资格。
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >投标人不能作为其他投标人的分包人同时参加投标；招标人不接受两个或两个以上企业法人组成的联合体的投标；单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一招标项目投标。
