normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>本 太行一号旅游公路阳曲黄泥路主线（阳曲县产业园区连通道路）改造工程阳曲改造段施工 （招标项目编号：I1401000278000515001）已由阳曲县行政审批服务管理局以阳审管投字[2021]36号批准，项目资金来源为县政府财政解决，并积极申请上级补助， 本项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标，特邀请有兴趣的潜在投标申请人（以下简称申请人）提出资格预审申请。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>项目规模：阳曲改造段项目起点接108国道，起点桩号KO+000，沿现有线位北侧加宽，过龙王沟水库后起坡，跨越现状杨兴河桥、迎春水库后进入现状土塬台地，向西跨大运高速后在下安村和宋庄村之间接入，终点在大西客专桥下，终点桩号为K3+600，道路全长3600m，道路宽度40m。道路性质为城市主干路;设计车速∶50km/h;路面类型∶沥青混凝土路面。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1本次资格预审要求申请人须具备市政公用工程施工总承包一级及以上资质，有效的营业执照，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，其中，申请人拟派项目经理须具备市政公用工程专业一级注册建造师执业资格和中级及以上职称，同时具备有效的安全生产考核合格证，且未担任其它在建工程项目的项目经理。
