1.4投标资格

normal align=left style='margin-left:35.9pt;text-align:left;text-indent:-35.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:-3.42'>nth="12" Year="1899" w:st="on">1.7.1岩土工程勘探费用，按照承发包双方确认的实际工程量（暂定：900米）乘以中标综合包干单价［一般场地不高于200元］/米结算，该单价已包括所有实物工作收费、税金以及办理工程勘察相关许可、苗木、养殖物赔偿等全部费用。岩土工程勘探费用中标综合包干单价参照国家发展计划委员会、建设部2002年颁布的《工程勘察设计收费标准》、广州开发区财政局《关于调整我区岩土工程勘察费取费标准的复函》（穗开财函[2013]615号）及《关于印发<广州开发区、萝岗区政府投资建设项目岩土工程勘探综合费取费标准>的通知》（穗开建管【2014】1号）计取。岩土工程勘察每米综合包干单价不高于200元，由投标单位自行报价，最终结算以有关部门或其授权委托单位审核为准。

normal align=left style='margin-left:35.9pt;text-align:left;text-indent:-35.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:-3.42'>工程设计费最高投标限价为177.235284万元。工程设计费（包括本招标范围所有工作内容的费用）参照国家发展计划委员会、建设部2002年颁布的《工程勘察设计收费标准》和广州开发区财政局文件（穗开财字[2014]53号文）执行，专业调整系数暂定为1.0，附加调整系数暂定为1.0，工程复杂程度调整系数暂定为1.0，并下浮20%计算，暂定为177.235284万元，最终以广州开发区财政局或其授权委托单位审定结算价为准。
