normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>本 珠海220千伏烟墩输变电配套通信工程施工 已由广东省发展和改革委员会 以 备案编号：130400442019007 批准建设，项目建设单位为广东电网有限责任公司珠海供电局 ，建设资金为  自有资金及银行贷款  ，招标人为 广东电网有限责任公司珠海供电局 。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

2.1建设地点：广东省珠海市

2.2建设规模：（1）珠海220kV烟墩变电站通信设备工程；（2）110kV南连线湾仔T接至烟墩站线路OPGW光缆工程；（3）110kV南连线湾仔T接至烟墩站线路管道光缆工程；（4）220kV南屏至琴韵双回线路解口入烟墩站OPGW光缆工程。

具体建设规模以施工图为准。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.3计划工期： 228 日历天，计划开工日期： 2017 年 8 月 15 日，计划竣工日期： 2018 年 3 月 30 日（具体实际工期以开工报告、竣工报告为准）。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.4招标范围：施工图纸范围内的建筑、安装、调试工程以及完成招标文件规定的工程项目所需的各项工作（具体内容详见招标文件）。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.5标段划分：本项目本次招标分为 1 个标段。（具体标段划分详见招标文件）。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3. 投标人资格要求

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>3.1具有独立法人资格，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照；建设行政主管部门颁发的安全生产许可证且在有效期内。

3.2资质要求：具备通信工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，或电子与智能化工程专业承包二级及以上资质。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>3.6项目经理（项目负责人）的要求：拟派驻的项目经理（项目负责人）要求已取得二级及以上注册建造师（机电专业）执业证书或通信与广电工程专业一级注册建造师，同时持有项目经理安全生产考核合格证（B类），并在投标申请报名单位注册。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>注：根据广东省住房和城乡建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>3.7资信要求：在工程所在地政府及中国南方电网有限责任公司、广东电网有限责任公司无处于限制投标资格的处罚。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.9 其他：已在广州公共资源交易中心办理投标IC卡，且拟担任本工程项目经理（项目负责人）须是本企业（IC卡）中的在册人员。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;tab-stops:18.0pt'>4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于2017 年 5 月 27 日至 2017 年 6 月 5 日(工作日时间)，每日上午09:30时至11:00时，下午14:00时至16:00时（北京时间，下同），在广州公共资源交易中心（广州市天河区天润路333号）【注：具体办事窗口在广州公共资源交易网（http:// www.gzggzy.cn）“服务指南→交易活动安排”处查询】购买招标文件。
