normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char'>（1）本采购项目（项目编号:KCFT-2017-0577）为一个合同包；
normal style='text-indent:24.35pt;line-height:150%'>（2）采购范围：开展大理地调调度自动化系统运行检查服务，每日对调度自动化主站系统、配用电调度系统、调度UPS电源等关键辅助系统的运行情况进行检查维护，并形成巡检报告。
normal style='text-indent:24.35pt;line-height:150%'>（3）服务期限：合同签订之日起至2017年12月31日。
normal style='text-indent:24.35pt;line-height:150%'>3、谈判申请单位资质与资格要求。
normal style='margin-left:14.15pt;text-indent:18.6pt;line-height: 150%'>（1）必须经国家工商行政管理部门登记注册，具有独立法人资格；
normal style='margin-left:14.15pt;text-indent:18.6pt;line-height: 150%'>（2）具备有效的营业执照、组织机构代码证及税务登记证；
normal style='margin-left:14.15pt;text-indent:18.65pt;line-height: 150%'>（若营业执照、组织机构代码证及税务登记证已办理三证合一的，提供营业执照即可。）
normal style='margin-left:14.15pt;text-indent:18.6pt;line-height: 150%'>（3）谈判申请单位2014年1月1日至今完成过1个及其以上的类似业绩；
normal style='margin-left:14.15pt;text-indent:18.6pt;line-height: 150%'>（4）具有良好的商业信誉，近三年（2014年1月1日至今）无违约或不恰当履约引起的合同中止、纠纷、争议、仲裁、和诉讼记录,且当前未因不良记录被相关行业主管部门停止投标资格；
normal style='margin-left:14.15pt;text-indent:18.6pt;line-height: 150%'>（5）谈判申请单位须提供在市、区级（含）以上检察-院开具的“企业、法定代表人的行贿犯罪档案查询结果”，且无行贿犯罪记录，并在有效期内。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.35pt; line-height:150%'>4.1凡有意参加投标者，请2017年5月27日至2017年6月1日，每日上午9时至11时，下午14时至17时(北京时间，下同，法定公休日、法定节假日除外)，由在册人员持资格要求中的证明材料（复印件加盖鲜章）、单位介绍信原件及介绍信署明的经办人身份证原件在昆明晨晟招标有限责任公司大理办事处（大理白族自治州下关经济技术开发区龙山花园1幢6单元402）报名及购买竞争性谈判文件。
