4、能够提供可靠的质量保证和完善的售后服务；
5、2014年以来在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；
6、本次招标不接受联合体投标。
十二、购买标书时请携带的资料：
1、法人授权委托书，被委托人身份证；
2、营业执照副本。
