normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:200%'>②建造师的专业及等级标准按《注册建造师执业管理办法（试行）》及《注册建造师执业工程规模标准（试行）》；注册建造师包括延续注册成功的注册临时建造师。根据广东省建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。投标人提供有效的二级建造师执业资格证书或提供省建设执业资格注册中心“取得二级建筑师、二级结构工程师、二级建造师执业资格证书持证人员从业情况信息公开平台”上有效的《二级建造师执业资格证书持证人员从业情况信息公开证明》，《信息公开证明》可不取库，提供纸质文件即可。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:200%'>4、项目负责人持有在有效期内的安全生产考核合格证书（B类），或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页。专职安全人员须具有在有效期内的安全考核合格证书（C类），或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页。项目负责人和安全员不为同一人。

normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:200%'>（一）组成联合体承接按资质标准划分为同一类工程的投标人，在资格审查环节，其资质、业绩、信誉等指标按联合体成员中最低者确定；在择优和评标环节，其业绩、信誉、诚信综合评价分数等指标均按成员中最低者进行评审，其人员、资金、机械设备等资源性指标可合并计算。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:200%'>（二）组成联合体承接按资质标准划分为多类工程的投标人，应在联合体协议中明确承接每一类工程的成员单位。在资格审查、择优和评标环节，均应先按本条第（一）项规定逐类评审，再将各类评审结果汇总，各成员单位诚信分以招标控制价中各类工程的占比作为权重，将其各类诚信分加权平均计算。
