normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:23.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>（2）上述投标人合格条件2至5（除第5需提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页外）的信息取自投标人在广州市房建和市政企业库登记的信息，企业库记录的该部分信息将被视为投标申请人递交资格审查资料的一部分。评标委员会对该部分资料的审查将以递交投标文件截止时间在广州市房建和市政企业库记录的信息为依据。投标人应及时维护其在广州市房建和市政企业库登记的信息，确保各项信息在有效期内。
