江苏大学因教学科研及行政办公需要，拟购置如下仪器设备，现经费已经落实到位，欢迎合格的投标人参与投标。 本次招标信息如下： 1、 招标编号：JSDXS-B-2017［0015］ 2、 名称：江苏大学工业中心需购置慧鱼机器人等套件一批（附技术参数与要求） 3、 合格的投标人 3.1、 符合国家相关法律及学校招投标管理办法等的规定； 3.2、 具有独立法人资格、具有独立订立合同的民事能力且信誉良好； 3.3、 具有本次招标货物的供货、安装、售后服务等的成功经验和相应能力； 3.4、 资格审查合格的单位。 4、 资格审查 4.1、 资格审查方式：资格前审。 4.2、 资格审查时间：2017年7月5日下午2：30时。有意参加投标的单位请提前15分钟到达现场。 4.3、 资格审查地点：江苏大学行政2号楼4楼416室。 4.4、 资格审查时潜在投标人需出示的材料： 4.4.1、 供应商参与投标确认函原件（江苏大学设备处主页上下载）； 4.4.2、 营业执照复印件； 4.4.3、 法人授权委托书原件； 4.4.4、 法人代表身份证复印件； 4.4.5、 法人授权代表身份证复印件，查验原件； 4.4.6非生产厂家投标需提供生产厂家产品销售代理授权证明（非生产厂家投标必须提供厂家针对本项目唯一的专项授权书原件，或投标人取得的产品代理证书复印件（加盖单位公章）；一个产品只能有一个授权；10万元以上需要授权，10万以下无需授权。 4.4.6、 4.5、 免于审查：对于在我校以往已经资格审查通过，并被江苏大学实验室与设备处主页收录的潜在投标人，愿意参与类似项目投标时，在资格审查截止日期当天上午11时前，填写《供应商参与投标确认函》，加盖单位公章后，按本公告的联系方式送（寄）达我校，按规定审查合格后，可以直接获取招标文件参与投标。《供应商参与投标确认函》在江苏大学实验室与设备管理处主页下载中心自行下载。免责说明：我校不承担因快递公司未及时送达而导致潜在投标人失去投标资格的风险；也不承担潜在投标人通过其他快递公司或者邮寄方式导致的使潜在投标人失去投标资格的风险 4.6、 资格审查合格单位超过七家以上时，按注册资金的大小从大到小取前七家； 4.7、 如潜在投标人未按上述要求操作或未履行承诺，将自行承担所产生的风险。 5、 招标文件获取及售价： 5.1、 资格审查合格单位数量达3家及以上的，招标人按招标文件规定的时间组织开标；资格审查合格单位数量小于3家的，招标人在招标文件规定的开标日期前2天另行发布招标公告，重新组织招标；重新招标失败的按相关规定执行；
