四、招标项目技术要求：

<!--[if !supportLists]-->2、 <!--[endif]-->采用有炉罐和内导风筒结构，炉罐和导内筒材料为321的板材焊接，炉罐耐热钢板材的厚度不低于8mm，炉罐要求滚压成波纹状，增强其强度，减少变形。导风筒板材厚度不底于3mm，炉罐口采用水冷圈结构，减少表面的热辐射。

（2）热调试验收

正常生产2 个周期后，设备将进行终验收。
（3）产品验收:材料1.2367；初始硬度HRC53~54。最终HRC50~53。
回火三次，每次180分钟，根据每次回火后硬度变化调整回火温度，要求产品合格。
以上仅供参考，设备具有要求请与使用企业技术交流。
招标时间报名截止时间为2017年9月29日，招标预计时间为2017年10月7日前;具体根据用户项目进度时间要求开展。
