中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受招标人委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
（1）生产商必须具有成熟的研制、生产红外热像仪的能力和经验，卖方须在投标书中提供5件以上制冷型红外热像仪的国内外应用实例、销售证明及出厂检测报告，其中须包括不少于2件投标型号红外热像仪的国内销售证明和出厂检测报告。必须提供详实的红外热像仪设备的技术资料、关键技术指标的测试报告及相关应用证明文件，卖方应在投标书中，提供近年来类似设备使用与售后服务的情况、数量，并附有国内外用户名单与联系方式。*（2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。
主要技术指标：
*红外热像仪主机2台，制冷型长波探测器、探测波长范围：7~10μm以内、分辨率≥640×512（pixels）、噪声等效温差（NETD）≤25mK、探测器全帧帧频≥100Hz、测温精度±1℃或±1%、像素间距15μm、数据输出接口同时具备GigE和Cameralink、标配小型显示屏、温度测量范围-40℃~2500℃。红外热像仪运输保护及设备区分要求见7.4项说明。

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

Qualification requirements :
(1) The manufaurer must possess the mature ability and experience in developing and producing the infrared thermal imager. The vendor must provide the domestic and foreign application cases, sale certificates and faory inspeion reports for over 5 refrigerated infrared thermal imagers, including domestic sale certificates and faory inspeion reports for at least 2 infrared thermal imagers with the tendered model. In addition, the vendor must provide the detailed and authentic technical materials, test reports on key technical specifications and relevant application documentation for the infrared thermal imager, as well as the application and after-sales service conditions and quantity of the similar equipment in recent years in the bidding document with the name list of users at home and abroad and their conta information attached.
*(2) The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
Main Technology data:
*Requirements for pressure in the operating environment of the equipment: The main machine, lenses, support cables and transformer of the infrared thermal imager should operate at the absolute pressure of 0.1 MPa~0.4 MPa so the produs provided by the manufaurer should meet the preceding operating environment requirements and the manufaurer should guarantee that the tendered equipment is capable of stably operating at the Max. absolute pressure of 0.4 MPa in the pressurization test and can complete the wind tunnel test.
