1.4 资格标准：
（1）投标设备是厂家样本上的标准系列、成熟产品，主轴和设备结构是定型设计，用于复合材料加工的同系列、同类型产品要求在国内应用台数4台或4台以上（在投标文件中提供销售合同或验收报告等证明材料）。要求用户对设备的加工、操作、编程、维修、售后服务和机床可靠性等方面反应良好；投标时提供设备样本、实物图片、国内用户的清单(用于复材加工)及联系方式；
（2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，其投标将被否决。（说明：招标中必须谁投标、谁中标、谁签合同，不能甲投标，乙签合同。）
主要技术要求：
（1）工作台尺寸：≥4000mm×2000mm。
（2）有效行程：≥4000×2000×1200mm；
（3）工作行程： 横向（X）≥4000mm
工作行程： 纵向（Y）≥2000mm
工作行程： 垂直（Z）≥1200mm

旋转轴可在旋转行程范围内任意位置通过指令实现其锁紧、放松状态转换。

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

Qualification requirements :
（1）The tendered equipment must be the mature produ of the standard series to the manufaurer's sample. The spindle and equipment struure should adopt the finalization design. The manufaurer should hA/Ve a record of at least four sets of equipment with the same type and of the same series are used in domestic country (Certifying materials such as sales contras or acceptance reports, etc., should be provided along with the bidding document.) Moreover, the users should make positive responses regarding the aspes such as machining, operation, programming, maintenance, after-sales services, and quality reliability of the equipment. During the tender, the equipment samples, real obje piures, list of domestic users (used for composite material machining) and their contas should be provided.
（2）once win the bid, the bidder must be the signatory of foreign trade contra with the buyer for this proje. If the bidder disabled to sign the foreign trade contra with the buyer, the bid will be rejeed. (Explanation: The bidder, successful bidder and the contra signatory must be the same one. Forbid A bidding, B signing the contra.)
