中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受中国航发成都发动机有限公司委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1.3 项目概况与招标范围：激光打孔机 1台
1.4 技术要求：(1) 卖方投标方案中所采用的设备是成熟的标准化产品，并且经过了市场的考验。投标同类型激光打孔机设备在国内航空企业已有正常使用，附验收单及合同复印件。投标方须提供近3年以来同型号规格机床的国内外用户清单和有效的联系方式。
(2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
（3）数控旋转工作台2个。
数控旋转工作台（C1轴）1个，转台≥Φ600mm回转直径≥Φ1000mm，台面T型槽按“米” 布局，承重能力≥250kg。
数控旋转工作台（C2轴）1个，转台≥Φ1600mm，台面T型槽按“ 米” 布局，承重能力≥500kg。

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

(1) The equipment in the vendor's bidding scheme should be a mature and standard produ and experience the market evaluation.
The tendered same-type produ should be in normal operation in similar enterprises domestically and the acceptance sheet and contra should be attached.The tenderer must hA/Ve a list of users of the same-model machine tool in recent three years at home and abroad and their valid contas.
（2）The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
（3）Two NC rotary tables should be provided.
One NC rotary table (axis C1) should be provided. The table diameter should be at least 600 mm and the rotation diameter should be at least 1,000 mm. The T-slots on the table surface should be arranged as the pattern . The load-bearing capacity should be at least 250 kg.
One NC rotary table (axis C2) should be provided. The table rotation diameter should be at least 1,600 mm. The T-slots on the table surface should be arranged as per the pattern . The load-bearing capacity should be at least 500 kg.
